tc.note는 개발자가 운영하는 서버를 통해 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

앱 안에서 사용자가 직접 저장하거나 생성하는 다음 정보는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 사용자의 기기 또는 사용자의 iCloud 계정에 저장될 수 있습니다.

• 문장 본문
• 저자, 출처, 메모, 태그
• 즐겨찾기 여부, 생성일, 수정일, 본문 크기 설정
• 사용자가 OCR을 위해 선택하거나 촬영한 이미지
• 사용자가 직접 내보낸 백업 파일

이 정보는 사용자가 앱에 입력하거나, 사진을 선택하거나, 카메라로 촬영하거나, 공유 확장을 통해 가져온 경우에만 생성됩니다.

2. 데이터 저장 위치

기기 내 저장

저장한 문장과 관련 데이터는 앱의 로컬 저장소에 보관됩니다.

iCloud 동기화

사용자가 iCloud를 사용하는 경우, tc.note는 Apple의 CloudKit을 통해 같은 Apple ID의 기기 간 데이터를 동기화할 수 있습니다. 이 데이터는 개발자의 자체 서버로 전송되지 않으며, Apple의 iCloud 서비스 및 사용자의 Apple ID 설정에 따라 관리됩니다.

공유 확장

다른 앱에서 이미지를 tc.note로 공유하는 경우, 이미지는 OCR 처리를 위해 앱 그룹 저장소에 임시로 저장될 수 있습니다. 가져오기 처리가 완료되면 앱은 해당 이미지를 기존 OCR 흐름으로 전달합니다.

3. 권한 사용

tc.note는 다음 권한을 앱 기능 제공을 위해서만 사용합니다.

• 사진 접근: 사용자가 선택한 사진에서 문장을 인식하기 위해 사용합니다.
• 카메라 접근: 사용자가 직접 촬영한 이미지에서 문장을 인식하기 위해 사용합니다.
• 알림: 사용자가 설정한 시간에 저장된 문장을 로컬 알림으로 보여주기 위해 사용합니다.

tc.note는 사용자가 선택하지 않은 사진 전체를 스캔하거나 업로드하지 않습니다.

4. OCR 및 이미지 처리

tc.note의 OCR 기능은 Apple Vision Framework를 사용해 이미지 속 텍스트를 인식합니다. OCR 결과는 사용자가 편집한 뒤 직접 저장할 수 있으며, 자동으로 저장되지 않습니다.

개발자는 OCR 대상 이미지나 인식된 텍스트를 자체 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

5. 알림

Today Reminder 기능은 서버 없이 기기 내 로컬 알림을 사용합니다. 알림 내용에는 사용자가 저장한 문장과 선택적으로 저자 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다.

알림은 사용자의 기기 설정에 따라 잠금 화면이나 알림 센터에 표시될 수 있으므로, 민감한 문장을 저장하거나 알림으로 표시할 때 주의해 주세요.

6. 백업 및 공유

사용자가 백업을 내보내면, 백업 파일에는 저장된 문장, 메모, 태그, 저자, 출처, 즐겨찾기 상태 등의 데이터가 포함될 수 있습니다. 백업 파일은 암호화되지 않은 앱 전용 JSON 기반 형식일 수 있으므로 공유하거나 보관할 때 주의해 주세요.

사용자가 공유 카드를 만들거나 iOS 공유 시트를 통해 콘텐츠를 공유하는 경우, 공유 대상 앱이나 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

7. 제3자 제공 및 추적

tc.note는 사용자의 데이터를 광고, 분석, 추적, 판매 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

• 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
• 사용자 추적을 하지 않습니다.
• 개발자가 운영하는 분석 서버로 사용 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다.
• 사용자의 문장, 메모, 이미지 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.

8. 데이터 삭제

사용자는 앱 안에서 저장한 문장을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 로컬 데이터도 삭제됩니다.

iCloud 동기화가 활성화된 경우, iCloud에 동기화된 데이터는 사용자의 Apple ID 및 iCloud 설정에 따라 관리됩니다. 모든 기기와 iCloud에서 데이터를 완전히 삭제하려면 앱 안에서 데이터를 삭제하고, 필요 시 iCloud 저장 공간 설정을 확인해 주세요.

9. 어린이 개인정보

tc.note는 어린이를 대상으로 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 앱은 사용자가 직접 입력하거나 선택한 콘텐츠를 저장하는 도구이며, 개발자는 해당 콘텐츠를 자체 서버로 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 개인정보처리방침 변경

앱 기능이나 데이터 처리 방식이 변경되는 경우, 본 개인정보처리방침이 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 또는 배포 페이지를 통해 안내할 수 있습니다.

1. Information We Collect

tc.note does not collect personal information through a developer-operated server.

The following information may be stored on your device or in your iCloud account to provide app functionality:

• Quote text
• Author, source, notes, and tags
• Favorite status, creation date, update date, and text size settings
• Images selected or captured by you for OCR
• Backup files exported by you

This information is created only when you enter text, select photos, capture images, or import content through the share extension.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

On Device

Your saved quotes and related data are stored locally by the app.

iCloud Sync

If you use iCloud, tc.note may sync your data between devices signed in with the same Apple ID using Apple CloudKit. This data is not sent to a developer-operated server and is managed according to Apple’s iCloud services and your Apple ID settings.

Share Extension

When you share an image to tc.note from another app, the image may be stored temporarily in the app group container so it can be passed to the main app for OCR processing.

3. Permissions

tc.note uses the following permissions only to provide app features:

• Photos: to recognize text from photos you select.
• Camera: to recognize text from images you capture.
• Notifications: to show local quote reminders at the time you choose.

tc.note does not scan or upload your entire photo library.

4. OCR and Image Processing

tc.note uses Apple Vision Framework to recognize text in images. OCR results are shown for editing before you save them. They are not saved automatically.

The developer does not send OCR images or recognized text to a developer-operated server.

5. Notifications

Today Reminder uses local notifications on your device and does not require a server. Notification content may include quote text and, optionally, author information.

Depending on your device settings, notifications may appear on the Lock Screen or in Notification Center. Please be mindful when saving or enabling reminders for sensitive content.

6. Backups and Sharing

When you export a backup, the backup file may include your saved quotes, notes, tags, author, source, and favorite status. Backup files may use an unencrypted JSON-based app-specific format. Please be careful when sharing or storing backup files.

When you create share cards or share content through the iOS share sheet, the privacy policy of the destination app or service applies.

7. Third Parties and Tracking

tc.note does not provide your data to third parties for advertising, analytics, tracking, or sale.

• No advertising SDKs are used.
• No user tracking is performed.
• No usage analytics are sent to a developer-operated analytics server.
• Your quotes, notes, and images are not sold.

8. Deleting Your Data

You can delete saved quotes inside the app. Deleting the app removes local app data from your device.

If iCloud sync is enabled, synced data is managed through your Apple ID and iCloud settings. To remove data from all devices and iCloud, delete the data in the app and review your iCloud storage settings if needed.

9. Children’s Privacy

tc.note does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is a tool for storing content entered or selected by the user, and the developer does not collect that content on a developer-operated server.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if app features or data practices change. If there are important changes, notice may be provided in the app or on the distribution page.
